Zen Bound: Screen goes black on 1 puzzle

I just ran into a problem with ZB.

I was playing in Tree of Reflection and got to the puzzle "Cooperation" (the 4 birds in flight). I did it, sloppily, and accidentally hit the nail. Then, I went to retry it and now it says "No record" under the name, and when I goto the puzzle, the screen goes black.

Everything else is working fine.

Anyone seen this? Is there a work around or a way to reset the puzzle somehow without seeing anything?

Ok, quick update... I was able to reset it. I tapped the start button, waited until I heard music, hit the middle lower button "area" and it registered my button press (I heard the click and saw the little glow). Then I hit the "reset" button where it should have been if I could see it and now the puzzle is showing.

However, there was something that caused it, but I Am not sure what. If I can help narrow the bug down, let me know.

Otherwise, anyone else see this 'black screen'?

We've never encountered this behavior.

Some more details would help:
- What device?
- Which firmware version?
- Is it jailbroken?
