Anyone know where I can get a Sig Maker?

I need a signature maker for free or whatever those things are called where you have a picture and it has fancy types of writing..Like that Picture in the Stair Dismount 2 topic where it has wish you were here in cool writing near the bottom of the picture...
Graphics maker or something it's called...

Anybody know where I can get a FREEWARE version of something like that :confused:

Yeah, theres gimp http://www.gimp.org/. It's a lot like photo-shop. But don't just start the program thinking your going to make epic-professional pictures like that (lol). It takes some time to learn, also you need to know resolutions to get he sig just the right size. Once you get used to it it's pretty fun, I made my avatar with it :D. I would show you some of my stupid creations but imageshack won't work at the moment.
