SECRET EXIT MEMBERS CLUB RULES

Club Privileges

Secret Exit Members Club is a collection of online services supporting the activities around Secret Exit games. The online services currently or in the near future will include the following components:

• Online profiles for users for use in the Secret Exit web community and Secret Exit games
• Web forum for open discussion regarding Secret Exit games
• Online leaderboards
• Content sharing for selected Secret Exit games
• A complimentary Membership Diploma and a Secret Exit Decoder Octagon

Registration as a Secret Exit Club Member is free of charge, no game purchase necessary. A Club Member can participate in the discussions on the web forums and may, according to preference, be sent additional information and promotions via email.

Game content sharing requires the Club Member to purchase the game in question.

Member Conduct

All Secret Exit Club Members are required to behave with respect and proper manners toward other Secret Exit Club Members and Secret Exit Employees. This means no messages with content that is obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening or in any way illegal in nature will be permitted in the web forums. Any user-generated content with similar qualities will also not be permitted.

Administration

Secret Exit will make best effort to keep the forums a pleasant place for all Club Members, and will remove any objectionable messages or user-generated content upon detection. The administration may not be able to follow all messages on the forum, so reporting any undesirable behavior is appreciated. All messages written on the forums represent the views of the author. Secret Exit Ltd. will not be held responsible for the content of any message or user-generated game element.

Secret Exit Ltd. reserves the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread, message or user-generated content for any reason.

Transgressions

Club Members caught breaking the rules may be warned or have their Club Membership temporarily or permanently revoked depending on the severity of the transgression. In case of temporary or permanent Club Membership revocation, the games the user may have purchased will still continue to function as stand-alone purchases, but their online functionality depending on Secret Exit Club Membership may be reduced.
